AquaReef

The new AquaReef from Aqua One are a new bench mark in purpose designed aquariums for all salt water fish keepers. Constructed totally from non corrosive materials including alloy space frame cabinet with plastic panels these truly are designed to resist everything salt can throw at it. Each model is supplied fully assembled with built in overflow weir, plumbing and pipe work as well as a purpose designed sump. The sump houses all the essential equipment needed to run a marine system. This includesa circulation pump, filtration media, heater and efficient protein skimmer,there is plenty of room to get as technical as you like.

The Aqua One AquaReef is a sophisticated system  that can be used not only for marine, but remove the simmer and it makes the perfect fresh water set up, rigorously designed to make sure your next aquarium setup will run efficiently & provide you with exceptional water quality.

It contains an inbuilt sump filtration, housed within the cabinet (no need for those ugly running pipes on the outside of yourtank) there is no back panel on the cabinet to promote air movement to reduce heat & humidity in the cabinet. The wet/dry filter contains bio-balls & filter sponge for beneficial bacteria, other media & chemical filtration can be added to your liking! Your heaters x2 (included) can also be placed in the sump, again removing the bad appearance of the cords & unnatural surroundings in the environment of the tank. 

The Protein skimmer uses foam refraction to remove protein based organics from the water before they build up as nitrates, which is vitally important when maintaining reef aquariums or delicate species of fish.  

The kits also includes four T5high output light tubes (2x Sunlight & 2x Marine Blue) these tubes are designed to provide a balanced & visually pleasing spectrum, while still providing the correct spectrum for corals.

Chillers (not included) can be added without the need for extra pumps, using a diversion/bypass with the existing return pump (included).
